Guys, I need some advice on the alignment for civic ej6.. i went for an alignment job for my ej6 and upon putting my car on the alignment computer, it showed that my camber sudah lari kaw kaw..so, naturally i asked him to change the camber nut but the mech said that ej6 do not have camber nuts..he offered an alternative solution which is to pump out the bent arm.im thinking that wont the multiple times of pumping might damage the bearings? Is there a swap from non-camber to camber for my ej6?. Please help guys. Thank you.

Regards,
G.

Bro,

U need to buy a set of front upper adjustable camber kit. The cost would depends on the brand you are getting, the price range is from RM3xx to RM1XXX.

really??this info helps me a lot because i spend like rm 45 for each side of the wheel just for the pump used to relaign back my arm..roughly how much does a standard one cost for both sides? thank you for info..

Bro,

Std 1? There r thailand made n japan made front upper arm. Both r Honda OEM but thailand made wont last long. Japan made Honda Front upper arm cost RM260 per piece. It is recommend to change both together. So total cost is RM520 per set excluding installation.

bro,

how to differentiate between thailand and japan make? will there be a label saying made in thailand/japan?

bought 2 times for OEM thailand.can't last long, the longest i used,6 month. Then bought at 1/2 cut, cost me rm50...last until today for almost 2 years.new one,at CGP,they quote for rm230.better go for original Japan or just bought from 1/2 cut

i hav the same problem too and havent fix til today.
anyway, does it help or solve the problem by installing adjustable chamber?

i think it will definitely solve the problem as you can now adjust the camber when originally u cannot adjust..rm 230 eh..ok i will shop around first..by the way, wats CGP?

usually off camber means that the bushes are worn, if they are in good condition, then something else is amiss.

Camber kits are only if you're sure the camber is off due to extreme lowering, or using different knuckles (like me, I'm using EK9 knuckles on EG, and standard height gives me -1.5 camber on each side), nice for cornering, but tire wear is an issue, it wears on the insides, instead of wearing evenly.

Now I just installed S2 camber kit, the pro series plus, it's about RM1000+ per set. Arospeeds are way cheaper, if you're on a budget.

good info bro. killa626, i guess u and me have to change the chaber kit oredi hehe.

yup...think so..know any shops???maybe we can buy together at same time can get a better price..hehehehe...

You can try chris pentagon, if you want S2 camber kits, or you can try sunway shops if you want Arospeed.

His name is Chris, and he's usually found in the offices of Pentagon Enterprises.

His nick in zth is chris2000.
