Incorrect alignment setting cause tyre noise ?

hie,

i just had my tyre changed to michelin XM1, had balancing and alignment
done.

they changed the camber nut to the adjustable type.


after changing tyre, i notice a humming sound for speed over 40km/h but
it tends to go away at higher speed >100km/h...

I doubt it is my wheel bearing as it was fine just b4 i change my
tyres, so my question is will incorrect camber/caster/toe in setting
cause this noise ??


any expert views are much appreciated.
