I just wonder if 200HP is good enough for Satria Neo........I meant at the crank. So wheels should get around 160-170HP assuming 15% transmission loss.

170hp at wheels sounds ok to me.. :top:

stroker kit, high cam, high comp piston, aftermarket ECU & IHE should do the job

Gudluck :burnout:

Good enough bro! last time my neo only 115hp at wheels i happy piggy already. 175hp at the wheels will be a rocket! but it also depends if you're easily satisfied or not. Some people NEED to have 4000hp some people happy at 90hp already.

i think theres a thread here about a 180whp campro neo before....engine didnt last long iinm

its more than enough..
but how you gain std campro engine to 200hp?
mind to share?

For me, im pretty sure with mADmAN.
to gain 100hp to 200hp, you will lost its durability/endurancy.

previously my neo has about 250+hp with gsr ck heart.

i feel it doesnt give me the oomphh, maybe due to the heavy body and the 17" rims.

IMHO, i feel 300bhp onwards shud be good enough for neo, but this what i feel and think.

Might not be the same for you.

Walau 200+ hp already still not enoguh ? :adore:

Btw, your GSR transplant JPJ approve no problem?

Yeah, neo's body too heavy, dats y i crave for more power..hehe

JPJ endorsed bro..

I see, coz i heard the engine mounting need some modifications. Our neo only got 2 monting points smth like that. Is the handling in anyway affected?

I'm not sure whether after engine conversion will affect the handling because i havent drive a neo wit stock engine.

I bought it second hand.

I agree with DanzEterna....before we move on to whether is enough.... can u highlight how you are going to achieve the 200 hp 1st?

sorry, I got some question related to power here:

if put high cams and cam gears only, with stock vdo ecu and stock fuel reg and rail, how much hp can i expect? :)

maybe 20-30hp... i dont think its good/safe to put high cam with stock fuel reg, fuel pump, injector, stock ecu... im pretty sure your engine will running lean on high rpm..

I am driving a 170whp satria neo (BOT) with auto transmission.
My satria neo manufactured in year 2006 and fit the turbo in last year around June.
*touch wood*, so far no big issue.

IMO, i feel it is enough for me, anything i want more i will go for another better car.
Know your car limit, not only the engine, but other parts such as suspension, chasis, safety as well.

Just my 2 cent. :driver:
