what kenzo said not happening.... water i check twice a week, only loss a bit after two weeks time..... normal rite? no oil stain at water....... no leak... when yesterday i try drive slowly accelerete till 100.... water temp stop at 93 with aircon on..... :hmmmm:

If you loss some coolant in your radiator there must be a leak somewhere. When you use pressurized test and find no leaks but still you loose coolant after some sprited driving.. I'd be betting on a leaking headgasket. The gasket leak is not bad just a little and this causes your water temp to rise above 100deg C whenever you drive your car hard enough.

but how do u know that yr radiator has no rust?
last time i always flush my radiator once a week, water is crystal clear, then 1 day my water temp suddenly shoot up, immediately send to radiator shop, opened it, they said the rust accumulated to the right side......so dont think your water inside is clear doesnt meant that there is no rust.

Can anyone suggest a reputable place to get an exhaust manifold? Mine would not be an off the shelf item, so the shop would have to make one. Please also comment on the pricing. Thank you very much.
