1 - drain the axle oil
2 - remove prop shaft, axles, and rear diff
3 - check for any broken gear or teeth on the diff/axles (weld might have broke)
4 - replace any broken gear/weld back broken welding/change the rear diff and weld back
5 - get gasket for your rear diff, if possible paper gasket + gasket seal

*proper tools are needed, and you have to think of a way to refill your oil if you're doing it at home
mine kinda had a whining noise while it's accelerating, not sure if it's the carb or the rear diff

If the noise is not too loud, I think you can drain the axle oil, pump in Castrol 140W axle oil plus Morey Oil Stabiliser on ratio 60:40,

Probably this should reduce the noise level...if not eliminate the noise....

You gonna drive straight there or going by sideway syndrome?

hahaha....

Yesterday nite (Saturday nite) got heavy drifting at the USJ Go Kart Circuit...

Was there for a short while, my pulse pumping very fast, and heavy rubber burning smell....

Very exciting, its free to watch, were you there ?:burnout:

Most likely its the rear axle oil...

When its hot, it loses its viscosity thus you hear that sound,

When its cold it lubricates again...

BTW i saw your KE70 in the Album section, its 1981 made right?

Its after the DX model right? Before the BBB model right?

Hi there,

I need to know:-

a. how many amp. of current going through each 4A-GZE injector? Or in other word,
b. how many ohm is the resistance of each solenoid resistor connected to each 4A-GZE injector?

Thanks.
