this movie just sucks....don waste ure money to c in cinema...buy pasar mlm vcd enough lah...gay chou...lousy actor....those music and sound effect more worse.....wtf of music is that?c cartoon best one lah...got eurobeat to listen......and y bunta in this movie become drunker har???drunk like hell leh...in anime bunta wont like that one~!

In terms of entertainment,yes the show is nice.
In terms of car facts,drifting,it kinda suck.
Depend on every individual actually,different people have different view and prespective for a movie.Some watch for the joke and some might exspect it to be more detail in drifting(something like the manga).
Sad to say that everyone get carried away because takumi drive a ae86 and everyone is soo fanatic about ae86.Get our from the fantasy,racing is not like what in the anime or movie.It is just for entertaiment purpose.

Worst show ever !!!

Waste time and money. Show doesn't follow story line at all and they upgrade the car so fast that the car is now already in stage 4 with the black hood. Wonder what else they gonna do to spoil Initial D.

Really can't believe how bad the show is. Takumi blew the engine cause he was angry when he found out his girlfriend was 2-timing him and went to race the EVO 3.

Damn teruk lah...

Might as well watch Option drifting VCD. Real drift and more entertainment value.

at the very beginning, i was expecting so much from that movie. i was sooo excited. after i watch the preview in the internet, knowing that the movie produce by HK producer, totally frustrated!!!

HK producers will NEVER retainned originality. my wife also

ppl critic the movie not mainly coz of jay chow lar, i also can say ma, 'you call it good just because of jay chow?'

the movie calls itself 'Initial-D' so must have a certain standard to it lor. like drifting and the races, there just isn't enough of it to do it's namesake justice.
