IMHO, the car should be:-

1. One of the more popular car model, easier for parts sourcing
2. untouched mechanicals like engine/gearbox... preserve the reliability
3. more fun to drive.. i.e. balance ride/handling setup
4. nice subdued bodikit... not too ahbeng la hehe - cue european tuner bodikit....
5. nicely kitted interior like better fabric/leather, decent ICE setup etc...
6. price should be max rm10k over standard car price... if possible la
