let say EK3

my question is will you go get urself a Ek3 if you own a satria ady

errr...i may not get the ek3 if i already paid fully for the satria
futhermore not much dif between both car in stock
in term of performance
but ek is a better chick magnet though
unless realli like vtec, which will be needed to be transplanted in ek3
as it does not come with b-series

i rather save more to buy a proper sport car

if i were u, i wont sell satria 1.6 coz no market value nowadays....even sell oso not much....

if hv extra money, u can invest in properties (or buy hse if u dun hv one)

if really wanna get a car....get a different category one...a real sport car like impreza,evo,celica....etc

I'd agree on huakenny. No doubt about the status of EK3 over the Satria. To put it bluntly and honestly, a Civic is still a Civic and a Satria is still a Satria. No offence intended. However, it might be just silly to sell the 1.6, knowing how low the price is, and to get an old EK3 that will definitely cost more. Its of the same category and to pay like RM10K extra, it just does't sound right.

So i'd say if you're thinking of an upgrade, go for Integra or even Celica.

Well Supra is in a different league altogether. He's comparing a 1.6 Satria and a EK3. We all know what the price bracket is between these 2 cars and also the fuel consumption and so on. To recommend a Supra is just too overkill. Its a 3.0 car to begin with. And then you have to worry about the maintenance and stuff like that.

You cannot recommend a junior class exec to upgrade from staying in a single story terrace house to a full blown double story semi D house.

i was driving satria 1.3 '95.
i was thinking to upgrade EK 1.3 (2door) as the looks & performance,to get more chickeedes actually.
Then, they is NEO.

i went & survey a few EK cost around 43-45k. most condition are bad but looks good. the most important my concern the under carriage. most 2nd hand car the under carriage must chup & repair. cost about 1.5k u know lah how they belasah.

i will get EK if i have alot of money but i dont (fix income at least 2.8 above)
if i want more chikedees,of course i go EK
but end of the day,the main concern is how much cash you have.
car nowaday is just a car,point A-B,
do you want to live to enjoy or enjoy to live?
