where to custom make threaded ride height adjusters

Do you guys know where i can custom make those threaded spring ride height thingy. See attached pictures for example.

dear sir, for which car?
a friend of mine bought it from GAB adjustable rear spring seat for his set of lowering springs.
take note that the size should be the same.
 
heard that titan can custom for any car
u can try

Noob question but lets say u have a turbo infront of you with some serial numbers - which series of numbers are you supposed to pick up in order to look up the turbo specifications...
