Weird sound

When i drive around 30-80km/h, there is a sound 'tak tak tak' coming from my car. At first i thought it was the rear mudgard. But, when i off the audio system, i can heard the sound coming exactly in front of the drivers seat, but the sound is outside. Is it possible it the front mudgard or something else in the engine?

btw, the sound only comes for bout 10 seconds then it goes off. but it happens everyday. if i decrease or increase the speed the sound goes off.
