suzuki cultus VXRI

Hi! to all
I have a Suzuki cultus VXRi (1.0 EFI) (Pakistani model 2007)
i have some wierd sounds coming from the the steering when i jerk it from right to left but no sound when i do it from left to righht .
sounds appear to be like "tak tak" or knocking sounds .. also when i pass through any bump at relatively high speed i feel the bump directly trough the steering i.e the the steering vibrates .
Note that at stationary the steering has no excessive play in it which means it seems to be fine.. no back and forth movement in the steering etc ...
have shown to many mechanics but they are clueless some even say its normal...:hmmmm:

Please i need help in identifying in what might the problem be..

your cv joint has damaged... not sure which side though...
