why not take it back to PROTON n get the smarties there to troubleshoot if still under warranty.....just to share,my uncles brand new wira had this problem too...but his was front passenger floor board was getting wet....the problem was one of the air cond hose came off its place where it has to be.Problem solved with proper cleaning n with some arguments my uncle got a new floorboard carper as well
