Falken FK510 is quite highly recommended. GY F1A5 should be around PS4 price. Since you mention not hardcore, V12Evo2 and FK510 is very good already. Outright performance then PS4 or F1A5
ok then, so FK510 it is.. now looking for tyre shop with good price. I heard from a friend of mine, there is 1 shop in kota kemuning give cheapest tyre price he ever found.

Outright performance got PS4S and F1 Super Sport series!

ok, RM2k+ will fly soon... but for the sake of safety and comfort, and its 3-4 years once... should be fine..

It's relatively cheap considering your tire size is big and rather uncommon. Over 5 years agoago w I was still using 17' I already spent over 2k also on tires. But that was before V12E2 and FK510 came up so I went with Continental CSC series.

235/45 R18 is considered uncommon? yeah, money cannot justify the safety that you get. plus, I choose 18" and I need to live with it.. right? haha

Yes, 235/45/18 is not as common as not many models available in that size. The more common sizes for 18' are 225/45/18 and 245/40/18.

Yup, my view is do not use rims too big until you can't afford a good tire for it.

Kota Kemuning should be Weng Heng Tayar but be careful of Camber nut tactic, you can also check with OS Autocare in Shah Alam, but aren't you from JB?

This rim come with the car, huhu.. if i can choose, i would rather go for 17"
245/40/18 should be more expensive than 235/45/18 right?
I go for 235/45/18 coz its the stock size for GRX130, and I love stock, like my satria...

what's with the camber nut tactic? even happened there? ok, will try to check both workshops. yeah, Im in JB, but usually once a month go to Putrajaya. Also go shah alam sometimes to check out my rented house. Plus, it is not urgent to change my tires, so I still can drive it there and change.

Nope, in fact can be slightly cheaper! See example below for the fk510 where the 245/40/18 is rm20 cheaper:

This shop has more than one name. I suppose it's for taxation purpose. Business is very good. So expect to have some waiting time. Alignment is optional but they dont force it on you.
Thanks bro... yes, my friend told me so about waiting time. he said, many people just buy the tyres there and do installation + balancing&alignment at other shops. still worth the money coz the tyre is cheap. i wonder how cheap compared to others..
