squeaking sound!!!

dear all,

my car is currently experiencing some squeaking sound, which is coming from the board behind (the place where the 3rd brake light and speakers are). how can i solve this prob? can i like change the whole damn board?

it is damn irritating!

btw...im driving an iswara (93 model).

if it is...the board behind there got 2 piece of rubber wan...thats the cause of the sound i think...

so just try to remove it n see...

All i know is all my friends Satria including mine all same problem. one of even change to NEW KIA SPECTRA same problem........

Are u sure its coming from there?
Coz Im experiencing the same sound and I thought either absorber or lower arm sound... existed from the 1st day I got the car... been troubling me for 1 1/2 yrs already... tomorrow Im gonna put a piece of clothing or remove it n see the result..

Buy some carpet underlay and put it under the board.

im also having the same problem since half year back..i also suspected it is from the back dash board..but dunno how to remove the irritating sound

i just cured mine..hehehe.
1st step u spray wd40 at all joints u see..heheh
if still exist then check ur lower arm..
changed the neccesary bush..
since then, no more squeekin sound..
try ur luck..
