possible to install VS on other place?

if my stock ground cable is deteriorated
than replace with new stock one will do...

but actually i got add more grounding cable also

sam, check the contact points for possible rusts and oil.

check the alternator. or the alternator pulleys and belts. if the belt is loose, it might not be charging the battery.
