straight to the point.... its not fuel efficient at all~ i think you will manage around 10km/l if you drive long distance, 12 or so in towns
So there are only 2 cars that fit the bill....
Malaysia is sooo boring...
thanks guys. Appreciate the effort ;)
Which one will you go for at the end?
You can go for a 4G92 MIVEC swapped Wira if you want...
Hi,
already got a Wira.
Will test drive both civic and corolla.
I've never owned a civic. I used to drive my father in law's corolla AE92.
Now, waiting for someone to buy my current car first.
Hehehe, NEO VVL.![]()
this will set you back alot more than 10k.....
Not much point getting a Sentra over Corolla and Civic if you want to use the stock Sentra engine... But if you ask me, I'll go for 4A-GE, B16A or 4G92 MIVEC over SR16VE.
mmm...black top 20v can be in the list as well
It is on the list. Blacktop is also 4A-GE what?
normally 4age refered to 16v..izit??
for seg there are 3 'famous-er' performance variants, 4age silver and black, and the 4gze
but from what i see, a decent blacktop with the 6 speed will probably set you back more than 10k....
I heard some said that to push very high power NA mods, 16 valve 4A-GE is preferred over 20 valve. Formula Atlantic build 4A-GE.
Also, silvertop internals seems to be stronger than blacktop since blacktop internals are lightened.
yep i have heard the same thing, but to be honest most cases, if you simply wana push more power than that you would go with some other engine, costs alot to squeeze power from most na's
If one is aiming for performance per cost ratio, NA is probably a bad idea to start with. Sometimes, it is about the fun of achieving a certain milestone and see how far the potential of the engine can be pushed.
Put it this way, a 200hp 4G93T may be nothing but a 200hp 4A-GE NA is really something. Just my own opinion though...
