Need advice for SQ set

I m new in ICE and would like to get a set of ICE and prefer SQ rather then SPL. I got a sub (alpine type R 12") from fren and budget to spend only RM3k for other part. Can sifu2 advice on it pls. Ths

just add a 4ch amp and one component set for the front, just make sure the 4ch amp can support your sub
