MOTEC vs HKS EVC V

How many times better is MOTEC than HKS EVC? i.e. what can it do that HKS cannot do?

Assume we are using a aftermarket wastegate (TIAL).

Motec can control boost, fuel and ignition maps, vvt, speed limiter cut, rev limiter cut and so on.... it is a stand alone ecu
EVC can control boost and boost cut..... it is a boost controller

Both can control boost.... have the budget.. go for Motec or even better Autronic

i think he was humbly mistaken for a v pro.

anyway, here's the link about v pro at least. both vpro & motec are good on the hands of capable tuner. however, you need to buy the mags to read all the result. I subscribed to turbo, DSport & Import tuners mags for additional reading

HKS V PRO.. mean you are loaded

MOTEC M800.. you are super loaded

HKS FCon V-Pro Japanese High End = $x,xxx>
they are all Hi-End stand alone ECU to compare with others
In fact u have to find a good programer
