i cant find a suitable topic to fit my question in so i open up a new topic

currently im in Australia, i decided to get a car to travel around Aussie for my final semester , somehow the Mitsubishi mirage seems to attract me and cost only $1500 , 1995/1996 car

so my question:
is it a good car??
would be more than enough rite 1.5cc with fuel injection cruse around highway and in city areas and what about maintaining the car??
dont really know much about mirage

for mitsubishi mirage..urs is coupe?hatchback? or 4 door sedan? mirage can be either 3 of dis...

if for coupe n hatchback...1.5 is good enough, but for 4door sedan..u better get 1.6 and above..

for mirage...in malaysia...theres huge demand of spare parts thus it makes the maintenance is cheap and easy to find coz proton and mitsu parts are almost identical,in some ways..they are the same too.

in malaysia it's copied and paste and that's where the money is spent on RnD , end of story...

yup its a 3 door hatchback ,but will be always carrying 4 people
if its in msia i think i long time throw out the 4G15 and throw in a Mivec engine haha
coz im just using it for 4 months and then sell out again, so hopefully the FC would be fine

aiyoh used for 4 months only is it ... like that most u will loss around 400-500 bucks , but still cheaper than renting cars ... good move
