Kristal Bond vs. V-Kool

Any reviews of Kristal Bond and V-Kool tints? Which is a better product?

hmm...v-kool seems to be a better choice for me....kristal bond is the 'spray on' type rite?? heard it will drop off one lehz...

I'm not sure 'bout Kristal Bond, but my Bro have been using V-Kool tints since a couple of years ago, lets say over 6 years already. It was too expensive back then. But I have ride in his car during noon time, and it was unbelievable....the glass wasnt even hot, well only a very very small tingling hehehehe like in the early demos when trying to promote it.

hurmm v cool good , kristal bond good.
v-cool expansive , kristal bond average price.
both act almost the same , in terms of heat insulation, etc.

if u guys go to bintang walk , there is a new samsung branch . all mirror somthing like a oval shap .and they are using kristal bond.very nice blue tint. quiet dark also , and this tint is approved by jpj.

How many colors does v-kool come in?

V Kool have a couple of types.
How about Kristal Bond? Only 1 type or a few?

If I sprayed Kristal Bond and then tint a layer of el-cheapo black tint at the rear ala JDM style, will it be ok when I remove it if I were to be stopped by the authorities?

I think JDM style black tint at the rear is like only 20% light penetration... sure don't pass JPJ one

For Jazz, it wud cost U about 1.5k (As per quoted by KB but will hv sum disc)

Available in 3 colour...clear (crystal diamond), blue (sapphire) & green (emerald)

soulfly, I know won't pass that's why I don't mind peeling it off and won't effect the tint.

QueenBee, the difference is just the colours or the properties as well? Can check if I stick a tint and peel off some time later will effect the KB?

As far as I know,
got 3 Vkool available in the market

1. Vkool Elite .. abit greenish
2. Vkoll 'dunno' .. not suitable for vehicle use.. for building only :lol:
3. Goldust.. by Vkool ...

and i'm a happy vkool elite user since 2 years ago :D

abt price , not really sure but that day they got promotion for kelisa is 8++..mena while v cool..u know la around 1000 plus......work almost the same as v cool..maybe they got their own advantages...if u want more info i sugget go look for kb outlet...i dowan give wrong info... :P

From another forum, I gathered that V-Kool has 4 kinds:-

1) Vkool Super 40
2) VKool Elite
3) Vkool 63
4) Vkool Euro Spec

all my family's care is vkool tinted, can't deny it works wonders but my 5 year old vkool tint has got a serious problem. maybe its due to improper tinting but the vision is starting to blur. its like during day and night driving, there are horizontal lines which are quite obvious. so please go to a specialised vkool tint shop to do the job, or else it'll end up like mine.
