Hydrolocked Neo CPS now under going some internal mods

ayok..he didn't want to dyno first to be the base-line figure ah?... :hmmmm:

what to do drex..its done already....we here can only watch the result...

Thank you Drex... Very informative... Sure cost a bomb there though! Btw, since that isn't the original pistons, how to make sure the compression ration is right? Does the workshop calculate that properly?

The owner pandai-pandai went upgraded his camshaft before sending the car for a dyno test..

Even if we dyno the car later, the information wouldn't be useful to us already. :(

wah...now the upgraded cam already available for CPS ah??
mind share with us what cam he use?? what degree/duration??
thanks in advance :adore:... n nice workmanship too ...bravo

No idea. He didn't do the cams with me and I am not going to promote prototypes.

LOL... just noticed a magazine featuring this car, 160bhp. Doesn't say on crank or on wheel. And the credits are given to the wrong people! Aiyo

Even with the additional modifications not shown here (custom intake manifold and adaptronic ECU), this car can NEVER touch 160HP on crank lar... slightly more than 150HP maybe but stating 160HP is really a silly idea.

3k for repairing the engine.......murah.....i ask the sc about the r3 camshaft price....its 1500 each...

Drex, what was used to patch the hole? Is it welded, or just put metal glue there?

Definitely not just glue.. LOL!

A piece of cast iron sheet welded on with iron powder and oxyethylene torch. The RTV sealant is just to prevent rust in the future.

Hi,
i want to clarify some information about engine condition after rebuild.
After we run in for 1k, we change our engine oil and in that time we can see some debris coming out.

From there we can conclude that our engine is not in good condition and we need to rebuild again?
