How easy or difficult is it to get a hybrid turbine (like T3/T3, or T25/T3) done? I mean, is it plug and play, or are drilling and machining of new screw holes or parts/housings needed?

Actually I'm just curious, and not going to do it anytime soon! I mean, are there any restrictions to which turbine and which compressor will fit? Or X cannot fit the housing of Y...? Can I just specify anything I want, like T25/T4 (example)? Is that do-able?

t25/t4.... GT spec eh... heh heh...nope...can't be done with T series... GT series is diffrent....

SDF

that day i ask you about this la.
T3/GT40 and T3/T04R

i wondering also.

cmng...

after looking at the specs...the first one is using a T04R (not GT spec) and the second one is actually using a GT35 CHRA and matched his own T3 turbine housing....

so the 2nd one is actually a GT35 turbo... ;)

emm
the T3/GT40 actually a

mean the a GT35 CHRA but fitted with T3 turbine wheel and housing la

emm ok.. i think i get it

Thanks ya

Pls explain what's a GT spec? Different model/size of turbine or something?
