My player is 45W x 4 , the speakers has 100w++ , i forgot the exact figure..But then , when i put the volume till 20 ( in the player equalizer - Bass+3 , treable 0 ) the door on both front vibrate very hard , so the sound is not so smooth..Therefore , how to fix this issue ??..In addition , one of the speaker has a cracking sound..what could have cause it but it is not all the time ?? ..thanks

1. the high value of bass boost might be the cause of vibration. try to soundproof the doors and mount the speakers on solid panels.
2. the cracking sound might be due to bad speakers or perhaps clipping?

1)Solid panels ya..how to sound proof it?..

2)Erm , not sure wheather this brand is good or bad , I am using Blaupunkt on both front left and right..but then , if it was clipping , it is only on the left hand side , not both , and does 45 x 4 has an amplifier ?..i don't have an external amplifier too..

1. soundproof? just add mass to the panels that you mount the speaker and the panel behind the speaker. Can use Dynamat, Raamat, Superlon, Insulflex and a bunch of other Sound Dampening/ Proofing material.

2. 45x4 got internal amp. If no internal amp, you'll definitely need and external amp. Is it possible that one of the wire is loose or something like that? You can try swap between left and right, if the 'issue' follows the speaker, one of them might be bad. If the issue follow the location, ie: always on the left hand side, probably wiring from HU to speakers.
