Hondata s300 only fit in US ECU? We just modded the s300 to fit in p30 ecu la...Wanna see see can come to spoon sports :)

Help.. speed cut!!
I am using L7 in my kelisa.. but i use back my kelisa dashboard. I install RSM already.. set the cut at 170.. but still cut at 130. wat's the problem?
