To loosen the nuts and bolts, hold on the bolt with a spannar and turn the nut. Take out the nut first and then the bolt will be easier. I hope you know what is nut and bolt. Nut is a round thng that screws inside a bolt. A bolt looks like a stick with threads.

I have two ways to remove the nut above the absorber so that the tray will come out and replace my spring.
1) COMPRESS THE SPRING METHOD - compress the spring with the RM5 compressor. until you see some clearance with your springs and tray above. Then remove the nut above. This method must be applied if you just want to change the absorber without changing the spring because the stock spring is long.
:) If you compressed the spring then you don't need to use that bucket.
To remove the nut above, you wil notice a small hole at the upper spring tray. Put in a strong nail or something strong. I put alan key because i was lazy to go find a nail. The purpose of this is to counter the force to open up the nut above.
1) put the bucket into sleep position
2) direct your top absorber to the mouth of the bucket closely in sleep position also
3) remove the nut and PING! the top mount and the tray will bounce into the bucket. Don't worry about the nut. It will be sticking at your socket spanner.
