there r some anime i downloaded from the net which i can only hear to sound n no picture. Why is it? is it i am lackin a specific codec? if yes where should i get that codec?
but most of the anime i watch no problem at all only some...
any pro can tell me the problem ar? :(

go divx.com to download the latest divx player n codecs... kaotim.. i think once u download n install the player the codecs will work oledi..

I've been using SLD codec pack. Has 99% of the codecs that you need including divx.

y dont u use a diff player
it's free and extreamly good.
u can even save space uninstalling wmp
dont have to waste time downloading codecs and installing em

klcodec has many codecs that conflicted with each other... need to use GSpot to fix it.

i downloaded the divx codec from the website ..now no problem already.

Windows XP SP2 added some security thinggy to WMP.
Certain files even if you got the correct codec it won't play.
It will just state that the codec is not there.
It will also not play VCD's if you manually open MPEGAV folder.

An alternative mediaplayer might still not be able to play everything as the codecs are tied to Windows and WMP so the media player just looks up the codecs and stuff from WMP thus they don't work either.
