We have been amazed with the craftsmanship of a Celica being transformed into a Ferrari F430, or even the deceivingly-clean 4-door sedan GT-R, which was originally just a Nissan Teana. These well-done replicas are really a show of how creative some people could get when they have the time any money to do so. Well, get ready to feast your eyes for another masterpiece that had taken shape into a much more luxurious and exotic form.

<a href="https://www.zerotohundred.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/dbsreplica_3.jpg"><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-31435" title="dbsreplica_3" src="https://www.zerotohundred.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/dbsreplica_3-600x399.jpg" alt="" width="600" height="399" /></a>

What we have here is a beautiful automotive marquee from Britain, an Aston Martin DBS V12. Costing of about RM 1.5 million over here, it could only be seen rolling in the hands of the high-class society; those that do not mind paying the road tax and fuel for the thirsty 6.0-litre Grand Tourer. But with the introduction earlier, you do not have to guess that this is not a DBS. So the question now is; what was it originally? Another Celica? Or is it another MR2 taking shape into another exotic?

<a href="https://www.zerotohundred.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/dbsreplica_4.jpg"><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-31436" title="dbsreplica_4" src="https://www.zerotohundred.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/dbsreplica_4-600x399.jpg" alt="" width="600" height="399" /></a>

<a href="https://www.zerotohundred.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/dbsreplica_5.jpg"><img title="dbsreplica_5" src="https://www.zerotohundred.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/dbsreplica_5-600x399.jpg" alt="" width="600" height="399" /></a>

This time, the latest victim to go under the knife and transformed into this DBS is a Toyota Supra. With the inspiration coming off from the 2008 Bond movie Quantum of Solace, this is another perfect example of how a replica should be done. And through the untrained eye, it looks exactly the same! The car’s front and rear really gives out nothing that it was originally a Supra, but it does show out from the sides as the rooflines of a DBS does not drop down drastically like the Supra’s.

<a href="https://www.zerotohundred.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/dbsreplica_6.jpg"><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-31438" title="dbsreplica_6" src="https://www.zerotohundred.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/dbsreplica_6-600x399.jpg" alt="" width="600" height="399" /></a>

<a href="https://www.zerotohundred.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/dbsreplica_7.jpg"><img title="dbsreplica_7" src="https://www.zerotohundred.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/dbsreplica_7-600x399.jpg" alt="" width="600" height="399" /></a>

And just a peek into the interior instantly reveals the true identity as no changes had been done to it. But that should not be pointed out as a major flaw, as it does resemble closely as a DBS! This car is up for grabs on eBay UK for £45,900 or a tenth (RM 180,000) of what the real DBS costs. Any takers?

suddenly drove by & kepishhh.. kepishhh..

and lots of people wonder.. austin martin got turbo???

I thought DBS owner took out the engine and put a 2jz inside

From the look of it, Supra seems to be the suitable body for the plastic surgery :)

Nice work. However, I think the original Supra is nice as it is. On you the youtube, I think I would get more adrenarin rush watching the original supra smoking Ferrari & Lambo than this Aston Marin smoking Ferrari & Lambo. :)

d only thing i like about that kit... is...

THE SIDE MIRROR!

Haha, well spotted Brian. Good one too. The mirrors look so funny like that!
