hi hi all of u here....i wanna ask my car has immobilizer(the sensor must be near to the ignition in order to start engine).......so if i wan put turbo timer, isit it can works?

Yes, you can. Provided you must hide the immo key near to your immo receiver... that's what Clifford guy told me when I asked abt the same Q few months back.. same goes to remote start though..

all sifus here.....i need yr opinion about my question.....cuz i heard some ppl say can....n some ppl say cannot?who can tell me the exact?

i got immobilizer and got turbo timer..........no problem at all

what to do with it?.........start your engine normal way....turbo timer on..

off your engine....turbotimer countdown.......lock your car.......

where got problem?

need manual activation immobilizer dont have any problems with turbo timer, but some auto immobilizer do have some problems hidering the installation of turbo timers

Brader,

Will you wait everytime for your car to finish for turbotimer countdown, ie 2 mins, then after that lock your car? Say, you are at public parking lot.. 99% of people will do it for the 1st few weeks then just cannot tahan after that... me myself can't afford to wait for 1 minute.. just imagine you park your car at open space around 1pm.. hot man..

huh?.........when the turbotimer still count down....i lock my car...

i dont see any problem woh?..

how??

oic.. for those car come with 1 or more immo point, this will be tricky.. locking your car via remote will normally activating your car alarm system PLUS cutting off few point of engine mgmt, ie starter, fuel, fuse etc... then this will headache for the installer & owner coz when immo ON, turbotimer will be disable :(:( .. btw, there must be a way to overcome this but with extra dough for sure... I experienced this bfr but on alarm system that in-built with remote start & timer.. at the end spend extra few hundred bucks to make sure the alarm well 'blended' with my OEM immo plus extra immo that comes with the alarm... my 50 cent opinion.. :)

so whats the conclusion? how u did it? cos i m experience the same problem..

using clifford intelliguard wif blackjax...

however..cannot install turbotimer...cos if not, when count down that time, the alarm will auto lock....and when it auto lock, it is sensitive to vibration, movement( means when the car is still running due to TT it will vibrate, shake) thus the alarm will trigger!!!!!!!!!! damn bengang till i took out the TT already.

tombstone,

the alarm comes with timer so it's not a3rd party turbo timer.. btw, your intelliguard should come with timer if i'm not mistaken.. yours 750 izit?

yes, precisely... http://www.clifford.com/g5/sec/default.asp

if this solved your problem so you better 'belanja' me ..:)

niama hai...... so that means actually got built in acc output issit?!?!?!?!?!?!?

mahai..must go find it liao....t-u 7 !!!!!!!!

thanks bro...u are welcome for a yamcha - yes, it will be my treat - provided IF IT WORKS :Þ

my immo not comes wif standard.....i add on after i take my new car....my immo function is juz the sensor must be near to the ignition in order to start engine........so when i shut off engine, the immo will onli activate after 30 secs (by tis time if u dun use the sensor still can start engine)......but after 30 secs if without the sensor cannot start.......my immo activation is started right after 30 secs has passed, either car alarm is on or not.....tis is the description of my immo....hope u all here can guide me whether i can put TT anot....
