And I also saw u and yong booking list below mine....hehe

EFN recommend 36-42psi for our 4G91...
he set for me 38psi....now engine damn smooth and more power....rpm raise faster....idling better.....damn alot different because my previous FPR is modified one....too much pressure.

This morning notice exhaust no more petrol smell....before that the petrol smell damn kao one....

wahh..everybody alrady done mod to their ngine ..good...good...i got geng to share info...he...he..he..

btw already put efn AFPR for a think 10 month mybe...
so far ok only first time got problem of loosing pessure coz d sprinng sangkut...masa tu kat raub woo...now so far OK....

before i put SAFC...already test for a few setting....mine original psi is 40psi...so later set it to 39...ok...38..ok got pickup ...start loosing power on top...37 ok..losing power of top..36 car seems like dont have enough fuel on high rev...also loosing power on top...u feel like car still can go but cant go....means it need more fuel..dey...

then...change setting to 41...ok...notthing happen...same like stock mybe...
42 loosing on pickup...means it take time to push yr car ...less torque..but power on top...43 less torque also power on top....43 make my car like got small jerjing when i want to rev for pickup...it jerk first then it go.....44..same...liek 43 ...loose on torque..

when check my plug all my plug basah...too many fuel...
good thing..it make yr enginne cooler..coz more fuel in...but less torque ....& on long distance it burns more fule & more money...he..he...


if u set less...u will get instant pickup..very cun...yr pug will not basah anymore...but u will loose on top speed..my be 130-140kmh yr car seem cant go fast anymore...mybe..save money coz it burn less fuel...but make yr engine very hot coz nothing less to make yr engine cool...in pistons..less fuel all already burn out...he..he..he..
think first if u want to go for long distance ..bahaya wo...

so..mybe u need 2 setting for yr car...or 3 myb...1 for pickup...2 for top ...3 for optimum..means for long distance....

these all thing only can be done with yr engine mangement piggback...i think...so u can set all 3 with 1 setting...but u still need d AFPR..for best result....

what i talk here..is what happen to me la..others dont know...myb yr engine not same like me...with 1 setting can cover all..who know...but happy to share....

agree wit ijoe.. 36-38psi... top not so gud...
41psi ideal for for both...
but then i can run much on top during rush hours...
so i set it 36psi for fuel economical purpose..

ijoe... i vote for friday nite cos i got sumthg on this saturday nite...
but need feed back from WOC members,in case they r their attending regular TTs..

dun worry...the thing cant be burn alone...dunno why...i try to burn it but cant...but when mix inside ur combustion chamber then got effect...

they will drill 2 hole at the intake ram to connect the hose...so when u throttle the gas released by the thing gets sucks in slowly...the refill is onli rm 50 for 20pcs...
the container can hold 4 pcs...4 pcs last me for 1 month....

then i feel not enuf tat time...i make xtra 2 hole..so total 4 hole...fui...damn syiok..ahhahaha
if carbie is even better...really...my fren saga put edi damn lots of diff...
mayb coz the carbie is not running on any sensor and ecu...

i'm not selling this product...bliv it or not i also dun care...coz i dun trust those magic jet/surbo/watever lah....but this 1 is burning chemical...so i bliv sure will make xtra burn in engine...tats y in 1st place i go for it...anyway not really xpensiv also

ya...hold first, I also worry get low quality cam pulley, I am thinking get DS find and install for me, if anything go wrong can referred back to them, what you think? maybe we install together can get discount. hehe

ijoe, still waiting your OPTIMUM setting...hehehe

ya lar.. dun 1 2 do all at 1 time... then cannot note the difference of each mod...
do xtractor first... then do ICE,the whole setuptaken out during conversion.... has been lying in my store for more then a year... 1 2 use back n 'feng tau' abit...hhaha

wirafly...seem that u aredi install the AFPR 2 ur car...can ask u something kah if u dont mine !!! u are using 4G91 auto rite...so setting 38psi is the ideal 1 for the auto....and what is ur exhaust piping system ur using cos mine 1 also auto ???? TQ :rock: :tee:

last time after conversion my car running on 2" piping, center muffler and wira 1.8 rear muffler....then maybe I crazy or what I go and change to

1.6" stainless steel piping
Center bullet with twisted design (got hissing noise around 2500-3300rpm during hard throttle)
Rear Super Turbo muffler (similar to MUGEN design)

Result
Like totally no exhaust noise (silent then any factory standard car)
Like no gas out.....kancil 660 more gas pressure feel from muffler
low end slightly better
mid range stuck stuck
top engine got but lesser compare to last setup
FC.....if tekan .....teruk...no tekan slightly better
engine not so smooth

with 2" original muffler
exhaust noise normal
gas out like normal car
low end so so
mid range smooth
top end lagi smooth
FC.....so so
engine smooth

I plan to change my full exhaust system sooner, my plan
1.7" white piping
421 extractor
center mufler with totally not barrier design, I dun like bullet hissing sound
Twin tube muffler (my old stock)

I found 4G91 not so suitable restrictive exhaust system......cause of the nature of the engine
1. Short Stroke engine design (For mid to high end)
2. Twin Cam.....for mid to high end design...
3. 4 valve per cyclinder, for mid to high end design also...

Think twice....I shud let the engine breath easily.....then only can release engine actual power, even my car auto...hehe....just my little opinion

so aku beritahu je lah marking...


cam yg depan kat ectractor tu...mark dia 'a' advance 5 mark means 10 degree...yg belkang kat intake to 6 mark...12 degree...also 'a' advance....

tpai kau kena adjust plak ko punya timing....kat distributor & kat TB....hee..he...yg tu aku tak de marking....

er...aku rasa kena buat TT hari Sabtu la...jumaat WOC ...

Regarding the TT, I only can make it on friday night cause saturday night and sunday night my colleague wedding dinner....need go support and sponsor ang pow....
