Lancer Evorry : The topic is about one of our brother SHARIN' HIS EXPERIENCE... So, why wanna start flammin'...??? He's been through tough time & only he knows how it feels.... :driver::driver:
Mr. P : Good move to stop the thread from non-stop flammin'....:adore::adore:

aaaaaaaaa Mr P sudah marah~ :adore::adore::adore:

diablo haha u dun say so too early......

The owner just feel unlucky, everyone talking about other but the topic is clearly sat that sharing of his experiences, I also agree with several members said there is no 100% of the all things and One member says he let his car repaired in three weeks, what problems did not come out, it seems you should learn from him, and rush repairs threat to their own Bale.

the question arises to resolve not to mention the owners did not say that the workshop do not want to solve them after-effects .In fact, I believe the owner just did not want to run around everywhere has been waste of time , everything can be resolved it

It seems the owner or the first to solve the existing issues now, than to vent their dissatisfaction here, that workshop has collected how mush extra $$ from u right now?what the workshop extra from change u ?

theres always story like this

i guessed theres alot alot alot more of cases like this with all the workshop..just the customer didn complain it.im also in this kind of situation for countless of times.

sometimes someone recomend this and this workshop is good, but at the end when go there ourself then only we will know they are good or not..

i dun agreed with this
Driving Evo is like that....U can ask whoever that own a evo that dun have any problem.
but for me.keeping ur car stock and maintain it with all ori parts will have less problem..but i insist on modding my car:biggrin:because cant live without modding the car.so i risk to have problem:rofl:,when theres problem then i will ask myself why modding the car:rofl:

it was very very difficult to find a good workshop nowadays, when they are good they will be busy..when they start to get too busy then things will get bad,not answering phone..work delay..

is very very hard to judge which is good or not, dont blame who recomend the mechanic to u.u are the one who choose it at the end

for me,i dun mind paying a little more than reasonable if they can do good job.i even tried to go to some famous shop in sunway and paying extra expensive price but at the end im not satisfied with it.i dun mind travel far too,im from perak but for maintaining, tune and mods on my ride i do it in kl.

evolutionz:good luck to u..switch workshop if u not happy with it.i guessed u will not go back even they setlle it for free for u now

bro,
i don know how much money u got and u don know how much i got....as long as we dont have to beg for our food...i think we are blessed....
my situation here is not for u to comment...u r not in my position whereby 1 things after another keep popping up and not a truth advice or solution given, the boss gave me a reason, the staff gave me another reason then later blamed on me coz its becoz i remove the gb thats why its not perfect anymore, the coolant contaminated coz the oil dripped from the under carriage, its because of yr car this this then this resulting in that happened...

if u r paying cash without checking the car, drives happily on kesas highway doing about 100km/h at mid lane..suddenly yr car dies off and there are lorries and cars behind u....stranded by the roadside....after coming out from workshop...u still smiling away?? i need honest answer....

u defending it becoz its yr friend....u not driving yr evo anymore so pls don comment...lets wait till yr wish break down then only u talk....i don know how much u can spend....but don under estimate ppl....hope u learn how to respect ppl before u need ppl to respect u......its none of yr business....its something i been thru these 2-3 weeks and its being very tiring to move to & from from my house to the workshop and need friends to pick me up...to work etc...

as some member said, need to measure how much money to pay then will get good service in return....??? u have to remember also what kind of setup they got there before charging the fee that is substantial to it.... i believe many can pay if the setup is good & grand enuf to command such payment....so lets make peace! i don wanna argue with u as u r not in the situation...cool!

if i wanna further spice this up, i will give u a piece of my mind and then its a smack to yr face...i owned an evo or not is not up to u to decide...... i am paying for something...of course i am hoping something is good.... i asked for the price and agreed upon...then i sent my car in, i never forced him to lower the price....i never asked for single sen discount.....
i admit proton gives me less problem, more over proton cars problem i never need to pay a single sen......check it out and u will know....
but in conclusion, that means proton workshop ppl is better than specialist centre doing mitsubishi sports car? i believe proton ppl are trained by mitsubishi.....that means proton svc ctr got better expertise than evo specialist??

i think how much i paid is also not an important issue here, maybe u r too used to paying a certain amount to get a certain level of service...to me, customer comes 1st - customer satisfaction is our ultimate fulfillment and success...if customer not happy, work all out to make him happy, its not the small money that concern, its the long term business & referral relationship that matters...

Dear Fellow Forumers,
before i start my comment i would like to emphasize 1 important point is that im not siding any parties but as a Friend, MLOC member & an EVO Owner by myself i personally thinks EZ should have the ALL RIGHTS to share his frustration & disappointment abt his ride.
In business world whether we like it or not we have to accept the fact that Customer SATISFACTION & RIGHTS are always THE MAIN PRIORITY to a company.

If some remarks made by EZ have offended or dissatisfied certain forumers or friends i still thinks the person who has the RIGHTS to defend or explaine is nobody only by the MECHANIC himself.

Lastly, let say if some of you disagree that Customer SATISFACTION & RIGHTS are always THE MAIN PRIORITY to a company, then let the MECHANIC himself tell us openly that he dont need our business anymore then i will give him 4 magical words by Confucius James "GOD BLESS HIS BUSINESS"...:proud:

The owner did not say anything, just feel unluck, everyone talking about the topic is clearly in the sharing of his experiences, I also agree with several members said there is no 100% of the things and One member says he let his car repaired in three weeks, what problems did not come out, it seems you should learn from him, and rush repairs threat to their own Bale, but you do not learn some stupid members use a lot of money to get some ordinary things Oh. . .but i think the member feel is well for the high cost quality for the car.

the question arises to resolve not to mention the owners did not say that the workshop do not want to solve them after-effects, it seems the owner is not satisfied with that tank has been drained precious coolant. ...hahaha just kidding .In fact, I believe owner just did not want to run around everywhere toil has been a waste of time go, everything can be resolved not to use the car dealers to do their own reasons, evo if no "lebih lebih" modification is a super car for all guy.

It seems the owner or the first to solve the existing issues now, than to vent their dissatisfaction here, that workshop has collected how mush extra $$ from u right now?what the workshop extra from change u ?

As a member of MLOC, I think it's good for us to listen to what Mr. P said...Let the owner have a discussion with the workshop owner to find a way to settle the issue once and for all... But honestly, I don't really understand what are U tryin' to say... Maybe my english is not so good... Pardon my ignorance...:wavey::wavey:

i don't understand why some of you are taking potshots at the TS.

firstly, he sent his car to be fixed. if the car isn't fixed, WHY can't he go back to the workshop and demand that the problem is fixed? it is the mechanic's responsibility to fix the problems and not create problems or cut corners and do a half-past-six job.

secondly, how much Evoz paid DOESN'T matter. what matters is, there is an agreement that if the mechanic fixes the problem, then Evoz will pay that sum. if the problem isn't fixed, then the mechanic hasn't done his job, PERIOD.

as mentioned by Evoz, he didn't bargain at all and he paid the sum in full and he paid in cash. his expectations is that his car is fixed. unfortunately, so many problems popped up due to the poor workmanship and attitude of the mechanic. are you saying that Evoz doesn't have the right to speak as a paying customer?

thirdly, a few of us are FULLY AWARE of what went on and all i can say is that Evoz has been very patient and forgiving already to the workshop. those who don't know the full story and just assume that Evoz is a difficult customer, i suggest that you take a step back and refrain from posting anything else that will make you seem even dumber than you already are now.

Evoz is already kind enough to refrain from telling who is the mechanic and what the workshop name is even though he has all the evidence and witnesses to back his story. this isn't just about his word vs another guy's word. however, he is still hoping that at some point, the mechanic will REALLY take responsibility for what has happened. he also trusts that in due time, things will be settled and he never intended this to be a flaming thread. put yourself in Evoz shoes. WHAT WOULD YOU DO? can you still be so calm after 3 weeks? Evoz is the victim here, not the trouble maker.

doesn’t matter for paying more or less money, as a workshop, finish the job n hand over the car back to owner. tht was all the workshop do... surely
i never heard befor if driving an evo have to deserve to have problem:stupid:
come on bro.... we r not kid any more... think of it
even i have to accept my customer complain if i did something wrong, tht we call responsibility!!!

Mizu : Do U know who's takin' the potshots to the threadstater...?? I don't know the forummer... I bet they also never knew EvoZ....Talkin' about CUSTOMER SERVICE & PROTON to EvoZ...??? I wouldn't do that....:rofl:

Banana James : I also want to learn mandarin lehhh... Why never ask me along..??

Chubby boyz :'DRIVIN' AN EVO DESERVE TO HAVE THOSE PROBLEM'....Do U think the comments is given by an EVO owner..?? I don't think so...

dunno who's the guy but he is seriously misinformed about what really happened.

i also dunno why he is insinuating that evoz dun have money to own an evo and ask him to buy a proton.

some people just flap their lips without thinking.

Mizu : First of all I'm confused on why this thread is bein' DELETED & than MOVED in this section... Somethin' must be gone wrong....I think those guy who gave the comment is the close fren or associate of the workshop... But that's shows that his brain is not as big as his mouth...
As for EvoZ, don't really bother what other wanna say....Maybe they are jealous with U in certain ways...Maybe U're more handsome than them or maybe they don't have fleet of beautiful GF as U've.....:rofl:
I hope the mechanic or the representative of the said workshop will have the iniciative to post their comment here in order for the forummers here understand what is really happened... So that they can settle the problem & at the end of the day, everyone will go home happy....:wavey::wavey:

CEO, i oso dunno wat happened. anyway, we all wish Evoz can get his car fixed asap. hope the mechanic takes responsibility and don't taichi anymore. :wavey:

lets cool down this thread....

thanks for all the wishes....appreciate it.

bro evoz,
after reading bout yr problems & other forumers comments, i would like to share my experience, i bought my car 3 yrs ago, at that time i didnt know much about my car, a lil bit of problem, just send to my previous wshop, slowly problems after problems persists....my mech told me to change this, change that, eg: charge me rm200++ for a water pump, so i thought it was that price, & i said ok go ahead & change......sooner or later i consulted my frens & zth members, they say y u paid so much for a water pump? by right it costs bout rm100++ only, from that day onwards, i studied bout my car in & out, tried to find high & low for my engine manual, bout all fails, later on i managed to download my engine manual from the web, the manual book was 6" thick......damn...alot to read.....i studied the book about the parts...& managed to befrend a spare parts shop dealer, till today i still contact him if i need any parts,........later on 1 found a suitable wshop to repair my car, he was good, not those performance wshops, just a normal 1 nearby my hse.....summore without sign board....& the place was so greasy & full of parts everywhere....but i didnt care, as long he is reliable.......

3 mths ago, i moved hse & no longer with my old mech...gotta find new mech around my housing area....finally found 1.....when i went in, i told him i need to overhaul my engine, he said ok, but i told him all the parts i will source myself, i just pay u workmanship according to market price...he also said ok.....so till today my car has been in the wshop for almost a mth now......i go there everyday to keep myself updated on my car's progress...

wat im trying to say is that ive learned things the hard way....same goes for u, after this, i guess u have learned alot...& wont make the same mistake again.....from my opinion, dont sell yr E7 bro...keep it, i know u have invested alot in it.....im afraid u might regret after selling it, till today, i still miss my Sgti, but no choice, gotta sell it, cos need a 4 door car & it was not under my name........
