It may not be that your transfer case is low on fluid. NoTiGuy is asking you to have that checked as a first step evaluation of your ACD problem.
Check to see if you have any leaks in your transfer case. It should not disappear unless you have a leak.
Yeah, I'm using RedLine GL5 75W90 for my transfer and rear diff also. I was just listing down because I thought you might have mixed up which oils go where. You've got it down right with the oils, so no worries there.
Again, I still maintain that it's easier to have the car MUTII diagnosed rather than try and hunt down the failure one by one. There are so many variables and sensors in the AYC/ACD/ABS systems that it's always plain guesswork about what's broken.
