Accident Happen in JOHOR BAHRU

Hi to all the good n warm hearted people out there,
REcently my wife meet with an accident and is the fault of
the other party. When we make a police report the other party
which is at fault did not admit his fault and told in his
report that it was my wife fault that she did not stop at the
trafic light. My wife was warded in the hospital for 2 days
and she was 4 months pregnent, thank god she is not injure n
my baby boy was also safe, at this moment is still under
observation.
Ok my main point of sending this email is meant to find a
witness which on that day can be my wife witness that it was
the other party fault. This car was right beside my wife at
the trafic light and this person will know the truth. So
curently I am in search of this person. Below are the detail
of the incident:
Date: 20 FEB 2009
Time: Around 7.30pm - 7.45pm
Location: Traffic light junction (very near to NEw Traffic
poilce station Johor Bahru and near to Indor stadium right
bedside olyimpia college) Attached are a MAP.
Please pass on this mail and also ask around your friend,
parent and relative.

accident area. i also kena there. cause the road too confusing. Singaporean elderly couple come and bang me head on......

pakcik and makcik how to scold them.....end up lan lan go report only. trafic police saman them cause their fault.

the suffer part is no car for 1 month.

That guy who bang-ed me change his police statement in SG.( his car SG plate) Totally reverse with malaysia one.

Then u know my insurance say my NCB no discount cause my fault? Then i have to produce proof such as police accident graph/ statements/ and another police report for SG side.

Made me waste my time then only i entitled back my NCB. That guy who lied on his police report kena big time.

So basil, moral of the story, who made the report 1st? police side who?

During my accident, the tow truck driver, the police straight away come within minutes after i bang. they said so loud until police station also can hear. police bring out camera somemore.

everything include take picture, report and tow my car to tampoi workshop takes about an hour only. damn fast sial...
