well im a chinese.. im driving a Modded honda civic.. muffler using Racecraft N1.. Still looking for silencer tho... ok here is the thing.. i was driving to cheras for one or my medical treatment. then i notice there was a long trafic jam on the highway.... well then i realize there was a road block... then fine.. i reach to the road block de.. i wind down my window and look ate the police... he said jalan... ok loh i move.. then behind a little one more policeman come and pull me over... i was like wth???? ok so i stoped.. they ask me for IC and licence... so i gave them... they check it and say tadi speeding kan??? i was like mana speeding??? 80km/h kan??? i pandu tidak lebih 80 pon... then my mom beside me also ask encik nampak kereta salah ker??? Police yang kat depan tu pon dah kasi lepas.. then he like.. okok.. jalan... well that was my worst block... untill now i pass most of the road blockes de... all of them are police.. JPJ i doubed so...

ya..my foglamp just ori bulb lo..after i change my headlamp to angel eye headlamp..then started many many trouble on roadblocks..bad luck la...




did u mention about low rider??
even my other ride this low oso din kena block..but my wira having dunno wad bad luck then kena roadblock...

ok... my car confirm lower han u by atleast 2cm.....:hmmmm: but never get kacau bout that issue...

anyway here is a tip from some friend... he have a cousin who work in JPJ.. se said that the best thing to do is print the modification specification in the JPJ webside and keep it in ur car.. so when there is road block.. u have prove theat u did nothing wrong.. (make sure u didnt)

and furthure info is that size of muffler doesnt really matters.. they only not allow piping size or location changes and loud sound... if u have a muffler with standart piping.. is suggested to get a silencer.. to shut that thing up.. hahahaa that is what i planed to do long time ago but cant find the silencer.. maybe need custom one..

Yeah , I thought of that too..Nvm , shall print it NOW..I think print BM version better..hahahaha..Erm , it stated that moving the location of exhaust pipe needs approval , but how about twin exhaust pipes ?

Terdapat pengubahsuaian atau pemasangan aksesori yang boleh dilakukan tanpa mendapatkan kelulusan daripada Ketua Pengarah JPJ, terutamanya pengubahsuaian atau pemasangan yang tidak memberi kesan kepada ciri-ciri, kestabilan dan keselamatan kenderaan berkenaan seperti:-

1. Pemasangan air spoiler di bahagian hadapan dan belakang.
2. Pemasangan side skirt, aerofoil dan door visor pada kereta.
3. Pemasangan protecting guards pada bahagian hadapan dan belakang kereta.
4. Pengubahsuaian kecil pada radiator grilles, bonet atau bentuk serta rekabentuk lampu-lampu.
5. Pengubahsuaian atau pemasangan tambahan bumper besar (sama ada jenis keluli atau fibreglass) pada bahagian hadapan dan belakang.
6. Pemasangan rim dan tayar yang lebih besar.
7. Pemasangan para bumbung.
8. Pemasangan lampu brek tambahan (berwarna merah) atau lampu penunjuk arah (berwarna amber).
9. Pemasangan spot light atau lampu halogen (kedua-duanya berwarna putih dan kuning) pada bahagian hadapan sahaja iaitu tambahan kepada lampu yang sedia ada.
10. Pemasangan pengadang angin, penutup lampu fibreglass dan penutup enjin fibreglass pada bahagian hadapan motosikal di mana aksesori-aksesori ini tidak terkeluar dari hujung pemegang motosikal.

my ride leh. i use big rims/.. so that the gap between the tires is less.. so no need lowered.. so humps or parking not much problem de.. cos now my car height slightly higher de..

hmm..aiyah print or no print, i still agree that it is how we speak to them la...if you "lan si" with them, they will just sent you to puspakom inspection la...

they can say they suspect you got illegal modification, my dad ex jpj, thts wht he told me lar...just don't mess with jpj, they can really really waste your time

Ive encountered a lot of police roadblocks... and more often or not, they wont stop u for any car modifications related offences (but it is under their authority to do so) A friend of mine is in the police force and its stated in their "akta's" that police can even stop u for having tyres with insufficient grooves!

Im very happy that i've yet to kena a JPJ roadblock...
