super jealous are for kids. Grow up. Really, if you feel really angry cos he keeps his whoever's pic, just break up. Simple as that. No prolonged "discussions" about why he keep the pic and all that. Break up, then everything end of story.

Well, if you don't break up and you don't want to change, then I guess the next thing that I could think of that would happen is that your bf eventually can't take your super jealousy and he breaks up with you instead. Of course, if his tolerance level is as super as your jealousy, then yeah, nothing will happen.
