It's illegal though, now that JPJ does have a 30% limit to your transplants. Why not 4G63 with a big big turbo?

Perdana with inline 6?? Sure potong fire wall:stupid:
Is better get a 6A13TT...

just to add...those engine are longitudinal layout...
how to attach the gearbox?

unless you're swapping to RWD..bye bye firewall...

still not the finish product la...no piping to ic
the tengku djan's waja sr20 change whole floor to make it happen
need serious job on chassis la...terbarai kang

of course it can be fitted but definitely cant be road legal, only can be used for track or drag purposes.
but u need a really reliable workshop that has experience in fitting the engine, cutting the firewall & mounting the long shaft & gearbox.

but why not plant in evo3 engine with forged internals.

Look carefully. That's a chassis built around the engine. It probably has a frame built then the Perdana shell bolted on to fit that engine.

money will flow like a niagara fall you know.....haiiihhhhhhhhhh...

If he can talk about a Nissan engine in a Proton, he's got money. Why you worry?

Tiu, the truth is, you got money, you can fit anything to anything.

2JZ in Kancil? RWD? Can. You got enough money?
BMW E34 540i V8 4L engine in Perdana, also can. You got enough money?

This thread is retarded. What's the objective?

agree with ixeo..err I am not here to bash u..IMHO, generally speaking, if you have to ask, you are not ready to undertake the task, this do applies to most people that started these kind of threads, they just end up giving up and going elsewhere. People that actually build motors generally don't ask such basic questions, because they did the research already.

objective for this thread to share some of blueprint, knowledge or experience about this project......(please dont said anything about JPJ or money, because both of this will kill the idea of innovative and both of this also kill this thread, and if you still worried about JPJ no need to used to join this thread mah...):adore:

May I give a suggestion?

I was thinking, the total cost of this idea/project is not really feasible. Let's say you manage to change and convert everything needed for the RB26/2JZ transplant, but is the total time and money spent for this whole project worth it? It is probably better to get a A31 Cefiro for such project because less modification is needed for the transplant. Besides, A31 shares a lot of parts with other Nissan like R32 Skyline.

This is what I noticed in many local car modding enthusiast, people seems to have a lot of crazy idea when it comes to modding of local cars, e.g. K20A Myvi, 4A-GE Myvi, 6G72TT Perdana, 4G63T (newer 'terbalik' versions) Wira/Satria/Putra, B series VTEC Saga and so on. Sure, the bragging rights and pride is there if such project is completed but think about it, will the car really be able to perform well after so many tempering to the chassis? These cars are not built or designed for these engines and yet, some people forcibly transplant these engines into it.

This is just my opinion but I think that even if people manage to put K20A into Myvi, B series VTEC into Saga, RB26 Perdana, they still won't outperform a same transplant done to a car that shares the same manufacturer with these engines (Civic, Cefiro, Skyline)...
