169.6 hp campro cps

pls someone list down what mods n toyol inside dat engine...really curious to know, hehe:hmmmm:
 
I think....there are turbo on it.....coz the top hp comes at the middle of rpm which is about 5700 rpm.....vtec n mivec came little bit late maybe after 7500 rpm.....just my thought.....
But if its real....this is a breakthrough......

Nope its definitely NA cause the torque/HP ratio shows its NA engine. Turbo will have much higher torque.

I just saw in a Local Magazine claim Campro 1.6 SuperCharger produce 160++HP (on wheels) from powerzone tuner. I guess it is not impossible if Campro CPS NA can also produce 160++ (on wheels).

Actually its quite possible. Cause Campro's redline is quite low. IF it can be increased to ~8.5K then it should be around 200HP already.

Of course, this assumes the internals are balanced and lightened, valve train is modified to support (stiffer springs, different cams) etc....
 
nope this is n/a and cps activate at 4000 rpm
if turbo, it's produce more curve toq..
Really interesting what have inside the engine....
sure want this not TOYOL from malaysian....

Owh BTW my Neo R3 cuts its RPM at 8k so i think max RPM is about 8.5~9k maybe~
And this CPS is indeed N/A not super or turbo for sure
 
Btw, another possibility is that its supercharged using a roots or twinscrew blower. Cause only such blowers can given a linear increase in power/torque which makes it behave like a bigger CC NA engine.
 
If it is turbo or supercharge the dyno sure
will show its boost rite...

no wander if this campro can get 160hp.... with all the up grade + haltech......
even 20v n b16 can get this figure if use stand alone.......

Stock campro hp is like 119 hp on wheel only rite...

Any idea what had been done to this engine....
 
My friend use 350z setup on his car (Supercharger + Exhuast) his hp he say is 2xx+ . And i read before in a magazine, Satria Neo 300+ ponies . I dont understand why 160+ is impressing you guys :confused: . i tot zth-ians all talk about 50000+ horsepower monsters only :dontknow: hahaha, not talking bad about anybody, just confused

Salute, the car itself is virtually nicer than EK9, EG6, Mirage(this are my thoughts, if anyone disagree, not my probs :p ) and now the power leaped into the above mentioned Japs models.. Syabas Malaysian! I pray for ur success guys! :proud:

hahaha i guess la. Some people spend thousands of ringgit to N/A mod their car, but the gain is relatively small. When some people spend about 7K buying a turbo kit and the gain is much higher than N/A tuning. Just a question, how come people N/A mod instead of going all forced induction on this mufu*** :driver:
