Isn't the scrammble button is just a toggle switch..? something like a ON/OFF button..?

To share my wife's experience, Never go to the above William driving school. they have a few branch, service very very bad..left us the JPJ training school didn't pick us up. didn't offer us any apologizes. Called their driver and service hotline number no answer.
Will never never recommend to anyone. their service very very poor and that William acts like a low class gangster very unprofessional..BEWARE..
