Ron95 or Ron97

For all Vtec experienced owner out there, hopeful could help on this option. Mine is a B16a auto. May i know our local ron 95 is suitable for our b-series?

if im not mistaken all high compression ratio cars have to use ron97, if u keep using 95 u will experienced a rod knock...

yes you can use...if your car still stock should not be a problem.but read this thread 1st and see if you want to use or not.
