I doubt the polis can do things so fast. Lsst time my neighbor's uncle had his heart attack outside his house, we call ambulance. I took 30 minutes for the ambulance to come. From the look of the victim, everyone the uncle is dead liow....probably due to the long wait. When the ambulance arrived, the medical staffs appeared to be unfamiliar with their procedure. then, polis came over to the neighborhood 1.3 hour later.....
