Sounded like the VR is a keeper, I guess.

what car is that?

This is not a case of changing car, but adding more car instead. hahahahah...

VR sell not much value for such an old car, might as well keep. Same like my Hyundai worth a couple of k only, just let the kids drive it. They are in good condition and especially Hyundai is so rare, thief also don't want.....lol

Adding car is up to the wallet. Wallet ok can add, if not then need to replace.....hhahhaha:biggrin:

My ex colleague bought a condo and six car park, and make money renting out the car park......hahhahahhah:rofl:

And up for sale?

Ya... 150k! hahaha! Extremely good condition car.

That's kinda lowlife to be honest. Condos should limit to 2 car parks per unit. If the unit themselves want to sell the parking that's a different story

150k too much to spend, I was actually offered by my ex colleague for his sti at 90k last time. The car also very well kept and used for Sunday drive only, and real Sunday drive around Klang only. He drives his other cars to work....hhahahha:biggrin:

According to him, each unit given one, option to buy another. They built addition car park and the extra were then being sold, so since got many balance he bought more....:driver:

hahahah, maybe your fren could be a special case here. Instead changing car, you fren might add cars, boz he got lots of parking spaces used.

He had 3 cars, so rent out 3 lots. He has since shifted to landed property, he should be having 3, if not then 4 cars now.....:driver:

hahaha, if got landed property, maybe your fren can rent out the space for trucks, tractors, heavy duty vehicles.....
I bet some neighbor's kids will be thrilled to see lorries, excavator, cranes, everyday.

If still got space, can put a couple of billboards to seek rent.
