Could be valve seals.

If it really is... Time to upgrade to better quality valve seals... Time for VITON. Hehe....

but exhuat no white smoke. 4th plug got a bit oily!! engine no knocking. still can high boost.

Haha.... I know edy... Start engine n pull spark plug 1 by 1. Since u mentioned abt plug 4. Hehe, call ur mechanic to test wet n dry compression test. Then u know what I mean....
