im looking for a garret turbo which build boost from 2300rpm and hit max boot before 4000rpm. Any idea the the T25 or stock turbo from RD25DET able to achieve it?

wahahaha. that one is like out of my budget. im looking into T28 now. but wanna source for alternative as a good deal T28 not easy to come by. I heard RB25DET turbo is also ball bearing. can clarify?
