Cos the side of her shirt, her right side, the bra seems to be protruding out just a tad bit, but kinda visible. Could be lots of possibilities though. Maybe it's the way she's sitting that kinda "makes" the bra out of it's position, or perhaps the cup size is wrong, or bla bla. But basically, she should have that fixed up before taking the shot. Of course, if it's a quick candid shot, then it's a different story. hehehe Just my personal point of view about portraiture shots, anyway. hehehe :)

Actually, if you look at it, it's quite easy to see. Look at her clothing, the part just above the glass of water. Can see that "something" is kinda out of place. No offense to this lady, but just stating my opinion from a photographic point of view.
