Turbo Experts NEEDED.

Just wondering if my engine would be able to Survive if i was to change to a bigger turbo.

Currently using Garrett A/R. 48.
Wanna upgrade to A/R. 60.

Reason of changing ; sangat gatal.

sure it can survive with right tune....but will it drivable? bigger turbo on smaller cap engine = LAG!!!

Yes it will be some turbo lag but it will gain hell lot of horse power with right setup and tuning.

What engine are u refering..? Diff engine diff tolerance level. If stock internal play safe just up boost, wanna big turbo but internal stock not recommended.

Except turbo what else engine parts you want to change? What is yr desire boost and target HP? Or you just want to push the engine to limit? (blown also nevermind)

Pistons, LSD( coming this week ) and bigger wastegate.
My last dyno before my engine blew was 197hp on stock engine and ar48, but ofcourse that was a major lag problem.
Now in rebuilding my engine and gearbox. E

to reduce some lag from ar60 u might try to use ar48 exhaust housing (bontot), and ar60 compressor. that should help. if u use ar60 seketul, u might have a massive lag..
