Short Cut Bar Missing!

I noticed that ZTH short cut bar at the bottom of the web page that allows me to switch to other forum topic faster is missing.
Without the short cut bar, it's very inconvenient for me to reply to the forum.
I hope the ZTH administrator can help me to retrieve my short cut bar.

Any browser related settings? mine seems fine .. even at home n office .. try configure ure browser if needed ..

i dunno wor, mine never missing, so i never figure out troubleshooting b4 .. anyways i dont use shortcuts, since i go all around :)

Yes .. now most forums dont have shortcuts, maybe due to theme changes. See screenshot below:

I'm not referring to the short cut bar above the page but below the webpage.
The short cut bar has a down pointed arrow where you click on it, it will show other forum titles like 'Car Talk', 'Car Modification', 'Your Shot', 'Not Your Shot', 'Formula One',... etc.
I would like to have the short cut bar back as it will free me from the hassle of getting back to the main forum page to click on another forum everytime I wanted to change forum room.
Another thing, why ZTH is not constant in sending me instant email notification on replies for those threads that I had subscribed?
I had checked the user setting and it is still set to instant email notification on thread that I had subscribed.
But I did not receive any email notification from ZTH although those thread that I subscribed had new replies.

It's called the 'jump to' bar.
My 'jump to' bar is missing.
