hey to all member of zerothunders,i need your opinion and advise,wat happen if i put 16 inch in my proton saga megavavle (manual transmission), also the feelin of drivin when put 16 inch rims do i need to lower down the car look like sporty,n there one thing when iam drivin my saga about 80km/h with 14inch rims when cornering i feel like to fly i mean want to terbalik..i drove at small road...b4 u give any comment and opinion i just repair and restored just like a new car also change a new engine because i bought from an auction,sorry for my english also i aprieciate ur comment n opinion TQ

16" in saga still acceptable... but i dont think u can still lower ur car after that... ur tyres will be rubbing on fender arch or inner suspension links....
if u car still stock standard, i recommend go for 15" rims enough lorr.... 16" will look cun, but there are many draw backs with big rims in low low profile tyres (read more info about rims and tyres in zth threads)....

saga iswara cornering memang feel like sampan... to solve this problem, try get harder suspension setting.... but this will also sacrifice ur ride comfort... unless, u can get a mech do custom ARB for ur car (coz currently no stabilizer bars manufacturer produce rear ARB for saga iswara)....

btw, what new engine u changed??.... mind to share??...

dude, improve ur handling fisrt, I think ur suspension fails edi
fix short stroke with sport spring or coilovers
I use 16" & 2" lowered - really no prob but just make sure its a lightweight
& do not use the 8 holes (114 & 100 pcd) b'cause u have to use spacer for saga front knuckle
for rear carefully adjust with spacer if needed, it should fit nicely
& dont use JRD heh heh

yeap... 2 PCD rims need spacer for front due to some bolt heads coming out.... haha.... stupid... now i also using spacer... high speed kinda vibrate ler... danger danger.....

I have to modified the other 4 holes because don wanna use spacer
another options replace the bolts by counter sunk allan heads
if use spacer ur rims looks like out from skirt a wheels arch a bit
dont be surprised if on the rear one side use spacer & one side need not
common in saga/iswara...........

i only use spacer for the front... rear plan to put spacer, but the tyres already running in the fender arch... if space it out, my tyres will rub the arch.... unless i ketuk ketuk the rear fenders lar....

my front fenders also ketuk ketuk abit adi... so now less rubbing on the arch... what i fear most is the tyres scratch the bolt heads under the wheel arch... tyres sure gone if scratch at high speed.....
