Power steering can use ATF ?

Hi,


Any one tried use Automatic tranmission fluid on Power steering system, coz now my P.S Fluid dark edi...............hmm........any idea ?........since two can compressed by pump and around 1k plus In PSI.

if u look at the label behind the ATF packaging, it does mention that ATF can be used as power steering fluid...

HMM..........NOT SURE HAVE OR NOT, coz my ATF at hometown.........cannot see also

i hv use detron III Atf to flush my power steering .

read your car manual.
most car use DexronII and above for power steeing oil.

ps?proton saga?sure can,any proton car also use ATF,any ATF also can.
