plan to set up ICE...

i would like to set up my car ICE system... im using KENWOOD HU and BOSHMANN speakers... looking forward to buy an amp and 2 subwoofers.. shall get the 2 channel or 4 channel amp? n the woofers i plan to get 10'' ... can anyone out there recommend me some stuff? my budget will be rm1000... thank you... have any one of u heard of SP Audio amplifier?and which amp is better...soundstream/SP audio.. and which woofer would u recommend bazooka/soundstream/JL audio/audiobahn....thank you...

soundstream amp and soundstream subs would be a safe bet. SP i think is cap ayam. not sure u can afford JL or not, but got imitation in market now. u will need a strong amp to run 2 subs, u might need different amp for it. a 2ch for the speakers and a monoblock for the subs. not sure your budget enuff or not...

if not just get single 12" sub and a strong 4ch amp to power speaker + sub, kautim...

It is quite difficult to get a new reliable amp and two subs at RM1000 if you are looking forward to buy new stuffs. Even the cap ayams will cost you higher. As such, you may have to set for old stuffs. I saw two guys selling some old Rockford Fosgate amps at mycarhifi. You can try them out and see whether you can get a good deal.
