What difrent between normal 13B engine and Cosmo Triple Rotor is't easy to instal to fd3s model and who have done it i saw at ah choi shop PDE 7007 how is't cost and how is't power goes?

i believe that one u saw is 13B with RE manifold. Ah choy has reserved the 3 rotors 20B for Dave on his next project.  hehe...

ahahahah dev's car is on the spot... :)
the 20B is sold to someone... not sure who....
but hte PDE7007 is using RE Cosmo manifold.. not 20B...

The cosmo came with 2 engines. one being the legendary 20b and the other being a 13bRE. As the cosmo was more of a luxury range the torque is huge to ensure smooth driving. I therefore use the 13b cosmo manifold as they are larger (30% larger) but to do this you need both the RE UIM and LIM if not they wont match. You thenhave to port out the 13REW iron housings to match the the larger intakes.

can yall detail this 13B wit 20B Cosmo Throttle body??i aint so understand have pic or how to do website add???

13B cannot pair with 20B throtttle body, mission impossible.
what the guys mentioned is 13B in our FD pairing with 13B Cosmo's throttle body.

performance wise...... it should be better due to more air is being rampped in....by how much... no idea.....dev might know.

To Reconfirm-

You can use 20b TB on 13b engine. this is especially good due to increased dimension 2l vs 1.3l.

You dont want to use 13bRE tb as it is small.

You can use 13bREW TB mated to 13bRE Manifolds as the UIM and LIM are much larger and flow more air. But to do this you need to modify the mating surfaces as they do not match out of the box. You will also need to relocate your ISC.
