last time u had a happy high revving b16a engine, now its a mid revving b20vtec engine. it was the torque that ppl are aftering when it comes to b20. i suggest that you should check your fuel line system that goes to the head that i mentioned earlier. dont forget that the block need to do some "engineering" works to be able to couple with the b16a head. it is not a complete immediate bolt-on. since everything is alright according to you, then now left whatever is unseen inside the engine. im just sensing the bogging is coming from the fueling system especially from high rev.
