oh my goshhhh

orc,
last time u had a happy high revving b16a engine, now its a mid revving b20vtec engine. it was the torque that ppl are aftering when it comes to b20. i suggest that you should check your fuel line system that goes to the head that i mentioned earlier. dont forget that the block need to do some "engineering" works to be able to couple with the b16a head. it is not a complete immediate bolt-on. since everything is alright according to you, then now left whatever is unseen inside the engine. im just sensing the bogging is coming from the fueling system especially from high rev.

as long as i know there is only 2 things to do in engineering that is the head pin and the vtec oil preassure. As for the fuel line system, i 've change it all to high preassure fuel hose and some part i'm using "hos tembaga" and all of that is new. the only thing is the fuel rail is the old one. i' just tested it again for the 1st gear only this problems occour. 2nd gear seems ok(i dare not pull it again takut rosak) and i do agree with you bout the torque damn cun although it's standard fuiyoo....

hi there everyone... i just finish fitted in my b20b block with a b16a head in my car but unfortunately in the 7k rpm onwards the car blows like a fuel cut. changed my nozzles to a higher cc (450cc) then lowered do the fuel regulator preassure to 30psi and increase 10% (only in the 7k and 8k rpm) of fuel thru my vafc (fields boxer brand) and the car still blows like fuel cut. Why is that???

and the second questions is how many cc is the single cam 2.2 vtec nozzles is??

please help me here thanx

What do you mean blows? Do you mean that there's a popping sound from the exhaust? Or do you mean the RPM suddenly increase cause the AF mixture became lean? Sorry noob here...hehehe

actually it's fuel cut...maybe... but i'm happy with the torque anyway so i don't need that high rpm...

The next step up in the injector scale is from the H22A.

280cc, saturated.

I forgot where the 310cc(or was it 340?) injectors are from which honda engine.

310cc are from k20a type-r, i dont think they fit to the b series engine as it is abit/much longer.

I thought K20 type R are bigger than 310?

Anyway, I forgot already, since I've only known that the biggest injectors some of the people here use for the B20 are the from the H22, I sorta deleted other injector information from my head.

I REALLY WANT THAT INJECTORSSSSSSS AAAHHHHHHHHHHH can't really hit the pedal hard coz keep on hearing the "pingking" noise
